Chef James Brown has over 15 years of well-rounded experience in the restaurant industry and has used that time to hone his skills to be able to pass them along. Chef JB will create a sophisticated learning experience in a small, private setting with groups up to 10 people. Each class will focus on a different skill set, including general cooking skills for beginners, knife skills, hearty soups and sauces, roasting and braising, grilling, baking-breads and baking-desserts.
